Year of Release: 1997

The CD1 version comes with 3 extra tracks: the complete collection would make an extremely fitting partial soundtrack for a 60's spy/thriller film, especially the track entitled "Paco's Theme" with its muted trumpets, glockenspiel and mono note piano beat. "Shadow" on the otherhand conjures up an image of a lone ranger coming over the hill on his horse observed by an awe-consumed crowd. "Bathtime" is definitely the highlight of this collection with its "chinky" guitars, soaring violins and deep piano notes, but the downside is that the lyrics aren't always distinguishable. I really like what this band offers, and they've certainly lit my fire.
